– Palace Casino - La Center, Wash.
– Majesty Cruise Lines - Freeport, N.Y.
– Motor City Casino - Detroit, Mich.
– Gold Strike Resort - Robinsonville, Miss.
– Grand Victoria - Elgin, Ill.
– Railroad Pass - Henderson, Nev.
– Nevada Landing - Jean, Nev.
– Gold Strike - Jean, Nev.
